Do you live in the Henfield area?  Do you want to meet lively people and at the same time improve your fitness and general well-being?

Interested in joining?  Whatever your age or ability, we'll find you someone to run with.  With our popular 'pub run' season each Summer and the routine 'round-the-village' circuits in Winter (followed by an informal meeting in the Leisure Centre bar), there's no bad time to come along and introduce yourself.
